 AYou enter your office's reception area again and ask your secretary for a copy of the latest Academic and Financial Plan: April 1995. She stares at you, and finally says cautiously, "That's a good one, sir."

 "No, really, I'd like to read it."

 Now the person from the adjacent office has come over. "You what?"

 "I'd like to read it. I mean, it took six months to write the darn thing, I think I need to read it now."

 Your secretary starts digging through drawers and filing cabinets. "Uh, I'm sure it's around, sir. Maybe you should try the Provost's office. After all, it was Kasperson's idea to make one of these in the first place." She looks at you pleadingly.
