Jack Foley looks up from his desk and denies any knowledge of the Academic and Financial Plan.
"C'mon, Jack, you know, the one with all the plans for the school: what properties to buy, what departments to de-fund, where we're going to spend the money we raise, how many students to admit, et cetera, et cetera. It takes the Provost's office forever to produce one of these each year, although there hasn't been one in two years, and no one can locate a copy."
"Well, seriously, Dick, I can't help you. You know these plans aren't binding, so we have no reason to pay attention to them once they're written. Have you tried Kasperson's office?"
"They sent me here."
"How about Andrea Michaels?"
"Good idea."
